A device for temperature compensation of microwave band-pass filter or microwave oscillator in which the microwave-band-pass filter or the microwave-oscillator has several ferrimagnetic elements exposed to a magnetic field (Bo). Magnetic chokes (not shown) with magnetic poles (3) and an excitation current circuit (9) provide the magnetic field (Bo). A measurement device (5) is provided for measuring the DC resistance of the magnetic coil (4) and its measured values are converted into correction values of the excitation current circuit (9).
