An opening (5) is sealed to a two-part plastic finished locking element (6), with one of the parts (7, 8) linking the lock end of the opening to a covering section (9) with at least one connection element (10, 12). Locking of the opening is achieved when both parts and the connection element grip to one another. Both connection elements of each locking element may connect with each other via serrations. The locking elements two plastic finished parts may be made through injection moulding. The cover-like section (9) may be built with a circular-disc shape.
