The method involves a hollow body (1) which has an opening (3) whereby the light is induced into the interior of the hollow body through the opening and detects the electromagnetic radiation. The retention time of the light in the hollow body is increased as it rotates in the hollow body and is reflected from the walls of the hollow body. An independent claim is also included for the device for the determination of laser induced emission of electromagnetic radiation.
