The arrangement has a transformation unit (101) with a secondary side and a primary side that comprises an impulse management unit. An energy storage is connected with the transformation unit and a driver (104). An input signal is supplied once with and once without the impulse management unit of the transformation unit. The impulse management unit has a delay unit and an oscillator. A MOSFET switch is controlled by this arrangement. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating and controlling a switching arrangement.
