The exhaust gas recycling plant has exhaust gas duct (20) which is arranged in the flow path (26) of the exhaust gas. Exhaust gas duct is arranged such a way that due to its flow, a vacuum region (21) is created. Vacuum region is used to suck the fresh air which is being utilized to cool the exhaust gas.
