The fan has a fan wheel (22) received in a fan frame (21) and having a hub (221) with a through hole connected with a passage (212) to form a central flow route, and a driving device mounted on fan frame to rotate fan wheel. When fan wheel is rotated, fluid moves along central flow route to dissipate heat in center of an article being cooled, driving device and a joining part (213) to enhance heat dissipation running efficiency.
