The hinge has a swivel joint (3) disposed at a level of a section of a tree trunk (303), and hinged in a falling direction. The joint includes a tree hinge upper part (2) that is fastened at the truck above the section and a tree hinge lower part (1) fastened at the truck below the section. The swivel joint is designed separable for releasing the upper part from the lower part while reaching a predetermined falling angle of the trunk.
