The fixing element has a pin-like anchor (2) which can be anchored in a fixing ground (13) and has a spiral insulation thread (6) which is rotationally and axially secured to the anchor and can be screwed into the insulation panel (11). Independent claim describes arrangement with insulation panel fixed to fixing ground by fixing element which has pin like anchor and insulation thread secured thereto. The insulation thread is screwed into the insulation panel and the fixing element is sunk in the insulation panel.
