The machine has a rotating circular knife (5) arranged on a knife driving shaft (4). A drive connects the driving shaft and a motor shaft. A housing completely encloses the motor and the gear while partially enclosing the knife and includes a handle, which pivots at an angle. The driving shaft pivots at a frame (1), which is separated structurally from the housing, and simultaneously fixes a stator of the motor at the frame.
