The work has a universal time hand on an axis of seconds hand, minutes hand and hours hand for retaining a time-zone dial-plate. The plate rotates with same rotational speed opposite to a direction of rotation of the hour hand. Three gear-meshing arrangements establish contact of the hour hand with the universal time hand via two minute wheels for rotating the plate in an anti-clockwise direction.
