The axle is driven by using an electrical motor, where the axle and the electrical motor form a structural unit. The structural unit (12) is kept in a position under placement of a hand drive-spring-system (14) at a receiving section of a chassis. The system (14) has a guiding hand drive and a spring hand drive. The guiding hand drive extends in a vehicle longitudinal direction and a central longitudinal plane of the vehicle.
