The method involves transmitting data record to a portion of a transmitting line between an owner and an user by using a contactless contact device integrated in the subscriber card or in the mobile terminal for contactless communication with devices provided outside the mobile terminal. The subscriber card is arranged between the owner and the user for application with the mobile terminal in a mobile radio system. An independent claim is also included for a subscriber card that is arranged for utilization with mobile end devices in a mobile radio system.
