The method involves inserting a male mould into a fluid, and cooling the fluid till it solidifies. The male mould is separated from the solidified fluid under exposure of a stencil part. A casting material is inserted into the stencil part, and the stencil parts are then liquefied, where the fluid consists of water. The fluid produces a crystalline ice during the solidification of the fluid.
