Holder (1) has lid part (5) with filter inserted in holder which, with its outer edge border, lies close to outline of flat bowl in operation position and seals entrance area for ground coffee or cushion filled with ground coffee. Water is brought from water tank of coffee machine with excessive pressure of 1 bar or 3 bar into filter chamber by means of brewing head.
