The vehicle has on-board electrical system with controllable power distributing nodes (16-23) and connected between power sources and electrical loads (24-34). A control device is provided for controlling power distribution through the nodes. Selected loads (24) are directed and connected at two of the nodes such that the loads are provided with current during malfunction of nodes (17, 18) that are directly connected to them.
