The sequence has a row of code matrix. The code matrix is obtained by generating a Hadamard matrix that comprises a length n and exchanging columns of the Hadamard matrix. A column permutation is performed for the Hadamard matrix, where columns of the Hadamard matrix are counted beginning from the number zero and not from the number one. Units of the Hadamard matrix are designated with line and column indices.
