The device has a control device (CH) coupled between an internal memory (IMEM) and central processing unit (CPU). The control device assigns a control word to instruction words of secured data records. A comparison unit (COMP) is coupled to the control device and the CPU. The comparison unit compares the control words and generates an alarm signal (ALARM) when the control words do not match. An independent claim is also included for a method for secured program data processing.
