The structure has a holder, a screw (20) and a pair of roller rings (30). A pair of hollowed out set-in grooves (15) is correspondingly provided on the holder such that the roller rings are inserted along the set-in grooves into an interior hole of the holder, where the roller rings totally cover a periphery of the screw. A set of seal rings is provided with a central hole for the screw to cover the set-in grooves.
