Use of a lubricating fat composition comprising: base oil (at least 50 wt.%) of hydrocarbons, polyalkyleneglycol, silicone oils, perfluorinated polyether or polyether esters, thickeners (upto 20 wt.%) (preferably soap-thickeners (based on e.g. aluminum), polyurea thickeners, polymer thickeners or inorganic thickeners), and/or fixed lubricant (upto 45 wt.%) of polymers, silicates, carbon black, graphites or based on e.g. metal sulfide, preservatives (upto 20 wt.%) of e.g. sorbic acid; and further additives, as a lubricant for brewery plants. Use of a lubricating fat composition comprising: base oil (at least 50 wt.%) of hydrocarbons, polyalkyleneglycol, silicone oils, perfluorinated polyether or polyether esters, thickeners (upto 20 wt.%) (preferably soap-thickeners (based on aluminum, calcium, lithium, barium or sodium), polyurea thickeners, polymer thickeners or inorganic thickeners); and/or fixed lubricant (upto 45 wt.%) of polymers, silicates, carbon black, graphites or based on metal sulfides, phosphates, oxides or hydroxides; preservatives (upto 20 wt.%) of quartz, ammonium salts, sorbic acid, formic acid or 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid ester; and further additives, other than lubricants for a brewery plants.
