The three-dimensional, digitally detectable construction and space module (K, R module) (2, 3) has an uniform and standard mass being 1 foot height, 1 foot deep, 1 foot wide (1 foot equals 29,58cm). The module has a volume providing a three-dimensional uniform dimension (4, 5). Active and passive parts in the building take place in accordance with the spatial arrangement of the modules (1, 7). The parts are flat, digitally detectable and combinable as multiple of the modules. The center axle of passive installations such as pipes or channels is congruent with the center axle of the module.
