摘要

Large surface application of a dielectric reflection decreasing scratch resistant layer system comprising an alternating system of thicker low refractive and thinner high refractive layers onto the surface side of a thermoplastic synthetic resin substrate. After a plasma-magnetron based substrate treatment the low refractive layer is removed (sic) with the aid of reactive magnetron sputtering at a higher sputtering rate and the high reactive layers at a lower sputtering rate. An independent claim is included for a device for application of the layers as described above.
