The arrangement has a recess (17) which is broadened in the upper region so that the retaining bars are swivelable in the longitudinal direction of the broadened recess. A V-notch is provided for fixing a lightning protection rod at a loading base. The recess has a bulge (7) provided in the upper region, in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, to drive a V-notch between a side wall of the bulge and the bars.
