The ceramic green body (PK), for sintering in a microwave sintering system, has a susceptor zone or layer (SZ) at least partially within it. During sintering, and especially at low ambient temperatures, the microwave energy is absorbed and conducted to the interior of the ceramic body. The body is composed of two piezo layers (PZ) with an inner electrode (IE).
