The head set has a Bluetooth interface for processing of received audio data or audio data to be transmitted. An evaluation device is arranged for evaluating programming data, for corresponding adjustment of the interface and for adjusting volume of the head set. A Bluetooth interface (7) or universal serial bus interface used for transmission of audio data is also used for transmission of programming or operational data of the headset. An independent claim is also included for a head set system with a head set.
