Pharmaceutical, dermatological or cosmetic preparation (I) comprising at least a part of aqueous phase or water of freshly prepared aqueous plant content, is new. An independent claim is included for freshly preparing an aqueous plant part in a fresh broth, comprising repeatedly boiling the plant part in water, to obtain appropriate amount of the extract and mixing the obtained extract.
