The engine has two cam shafts (2, 4) in a cylinder head (1). The first cam shaft (2) has a longitudinal bore hole (10) for conveying Blow-By-Gas and an oil separating device (7) is provided. At a second cam shaft (4) a second oil separating device (8) is arranged such as a centrifugal oil separator. The first oil separating device (7) is implemented in the longitudinal bore hole of the first cam shaft and in longitudinal direction of extending walls (11). The second oil separating device (8) is arranged downstream in direction of flow of the Blow-By-Gas at a side outlet.
