A clip (31) is fixed to tip of the wiper blade (20), to enclose a spoiler (23). A latching cover (33) is rotatably installed at an opening formed in the clip in relation to a hinge coupling region. The cover is secured to the clip, in closed state of the opening. A latching pin is inserted into the rubber layer (21) of the upper blade and is extended downward from the latching cover to prevent separation of the clip from the blade tip.
