The piston compressor has variable displacement points and a connecting mechanism, by which a cam is connected with a turning support and connected with a turning part, so that the inclination of the cam is variable. A torque impressing part impresses torque on the cam, so that a load which is applied by a compression power transmission section of the cam on a compression force section of the turning part exceeds a load. The load is applied by a driving power section of the cam on a driving power transmission link of the turning support.
