The device has movable parts e.g. side wall (1), fitting profile (2), side profiles and swivel arms, connected with each other by a rotary mechanism (P). The mechanism has a sleeve (10) or a tube with an inner area including a twisted groove, where a connecting part is inserted into the sleeve or tube. A twisted flute (5) is arranged on a surface of the part and engages into the groove. The sleeve/tube and the part are axially movable relative to each other.
