Coated metal element for electronic installation consists of at least one cooling metal (51) with suitable surface, and at least one coating (52) of crystalline carbon on metal surface.Typically, electronic installation is computer system or electronic consumer product. Metal element may be of copper or aluminium, while crystalline carbon may be diamond. Coating may be formed by CVD or PVD process.
