Multilayer adhesive tape (I) with adhesive on both sides of a support which, after sticking two objects together, can be split into two parts by twisting and/or shear forces, has a predetermined break point in at least one place on the tape. An independent claim is included for self-adhesive hooks or similar fixing devices with a base plate and with one side of the above adhesive tape stuck to the base plate.
