The heating or cooling unit comprises a container (1) made of suitable material filled with granules (4) (the unit superficially resembles a bean bag). The granules are made of resin or plastic and optionally hold water. They are preferably recovered plastic waste or plastic waste materials. The container is a woven material, a nonwoven, a metal or any other material resistant to 120[deg]C. It is divided into hollow chambers (3). It is the size and shape of a standard microwave oven. The unit is a cushion. A soft, fleecy toy is introduced into the core. It forms a shoe sole. It is a band wound around the neck, waist or wrist; one end has a velcro-type connector. It forms a sock. It is constructed as a metal surface. In an alternative form, it is a body filled with fragments of different sizes. Their size is 3-5 mm. They are chippings. They are a loose filling with a frame-like supporting phase.
