The lift has a lifting unit with supporting beams (12, 14) to support a platform, and a parallel cylinder to swivel the platform at a swivel axis from vertical driving position to horizontal operating position. The unit has a lifting cylinder to lift and lower the platform in the operating position. The platform is existed in transverse direction by the beam (14) and rotatably supported at the axis by a crossbeam (23) at the beam (14).
