Titanium sword blade for toreador has specified weight of metal beaten to shape and reheated for hardening

The titanium sword blade is used for a sword with a weight of approximately five hundred gramms of titanium. Eight hundred and fifty to nine hundred gramms of metal is heated in an oven and beaten to provide a point hooking. When the blade if formed to length and width, the length varies between seventy and eighty five centimetres without hooking dependent on the weight of the bull to be fought. The blade is then reheated for hardening.
