The belt is divided into three, two front parts and a back part, and is joined using snap fasteners or hook-and-loop fasteners. An arm tensioning element is attached on the two front parts. Two adjacent guide rollers are provided on the arm tensioning elements from the hip towards the stomach area. A rubber band is provided on the back part of each arm tensioning element.
