The cap has a plug which is detachably held at a flanged support is surrounded by a circulating groove. A retainer ring (21) is provided at inner wall of an upper neck flanged cap (2) of the plug. An outer edge of an upper flange (114) is in close contact with an internal edge of the flanged cap, and the lower flange blocks the upward motion of the ring, if the cap is pulled upward.
