Temperature controller prevents overheating of a solar system whilst the current supply of a photovoltaic module is interrupted to guarantee the safety of the system. Preferred Features: A bimetal pre-aged by tempering and arranged in a porcelain housing is fixed using sheet metal clips to interrupt the current supply at 100[deg] C. The controller is arranged in or close to the collector unit.
