The device has a speech input and output device, and labeling units with a sending and receiving unit to deliver and receive wireless data over distances (16, 18) greater than 2 centimeter. The labeling units receive and send radio waves with frequency greater than 8 megahertz (MHZ) and 10 MHZ. A fixing unit is provided for detachable fixation, and the labeling units have a display and plug-in connection for data communication. The labeling units also receive and send radio waves with frequency in between 13 and 15 MHZ.
