The adjusting unit has an adjusting screw (4) rotating from one raster to next mechanical raster around a definite axial value to modify a position of an upper threaded ring (2). Six longitudinal slots with a radius of 0.75 millimeter are inserted into the screw, where the radius is half diameter of a steel ball (5). A rubber ring (6) with a preset dimension is pushed into a ring groove from outside of the steel ball.
