The device has a rendering device (8) for rendering a bisector of represented angles. Bars (2-5) are connected to each other to form a quadrangle using connecting units (6) and lie one upon the other in an area of connecting points (7). An elastic unit (8) runs between two opposite connecting points and is fastened to the connecting units. Slots are provided in the bars in an area of the connecting points.
