A flange (3) has an outer diameter (D3) that amounts to 1.13-1.15 times of 1.14 times of diameters (D1) of an inner wall. Height of the head amounts to 0.1 times of the diameters (D1)l. The head is provided with a diameter (D4) of an external outline on an outer wall with sectioned threads (4). The outer diameter of the wall amounts to 1.08-1.10 times of 1.09 times of the diameters (D1) of the inner wall. The diameter (D4) of the external outline amounts to 1.24-1.28 times of 1.26 times of the diameters (1).
