The device has a housing (1) attached to the back of the resonance body (3) of a musical string instrument with the use of flexible clamps (4,5). Spiral springs (2) are arranged and enclosed inside the housing. The flexible clamps are provided at opposing sides of the housing, and are adjustable and lockable.
