The tendon has two tendon parts, where one of the tendon parts is detachably connected with an implant part (12) of an implant. The other tendon part is support at the former tendon part and at another implant part (14) for transferring the clamping force from the impart part (12) on to the implant part (14). One of the tendon part is bolted together with the impart part (12). The tendon parts include respective connecting devices. An independent claim is also included for an implant with a tendon.
