The wheel has teeth connected with a hub by a flexible, damping layer, and centered between flanges with elastic rings in axial direction. Constructional surfaces of the elastic rings absorb oscillations of the chain caused by polygon effect. The teeth deforms buffers (9) and or springs under the effect of the force/moments in circumferential direction. The teeth are supported on the flanges of the arms of the hub.
