The apparatus has long tube sections (6, 7, 8) provided with an articulated joint (9) and arranged in a handle (11). A changeable nozzle head (2) is provided with a fixed or rotatable or bend nozzle part and arranged in ends of the sections. Outlet nozzles exhibiting in different directions with same or different outlet angles are arranged in the nozzle part. The nozzle part is designed in T-shape and is rotationally symmetrical.
