Railway crane has extension arm fixed to its upper carriage which holds pivotable adaptor to take different tools

Railway crane has undercarriage (1), upon which is an upper carriage (3) turnable around a vertical axis (2). It has an extension arm (6) located on the upper carriage. On the extension arm is fixed, using at least one pivotable intermediate arm, an adaptor to take different tools. The adaptor pivots on the extension arm and has a live ring pivotable on it via which a tool can rotate around ?360o. The tools are fixed to the adaptor using a quick change connector.
