The support has installation points (10, 11) fixable at a wheel chair and holding units for a foot support (13). The units comprise two tubes (12a, 12b) that are telescopically interlockable and fixable in their respective positions. A holder (14) at the point (11) is attached to the tube (12a). A spherical/clamping stop bolt (15) is supported on the holder and stands in operational contact with the tube (12b) to adjust the leg support.
