The water pipe cutter has a firm grip at whose front end a firm jaw is provided. A movable grip has pin at its front, which supports the spring element. A blade is fixed at the cutting edge by means of screw joint. Teeth are arranged at drive component with handle and are interlocked. Initial position of lip part is regulated by means of lead lever and the movable grip moves back and forth during cutting. The spring element presses against the side of the firm jaw while the other end of spring element exerts force towards internal surface of the movable grasp. Jaws remain under tension due to spring force. A catch element is arranged to prevent the tooth movements whose initial position is controlled by means of lead lever whereby final position is regulated by spring element.
