Worktool holder (1) has nest area (9) to take worktool and shaft (3) with common shoulder (2) between them. The shoulder has a precision-plane surface (2a) on which to lay the locating face of the turret. The shaft can be put and locked into nest of turret. It has a recess (5) facing the shoulder which ends in an undercut near the shoulder. The undercut has a clamping face pointing to the plane face of the shoulder, which has a clamping pin lying across the direction it is put in. When the shaft and clamping takes place, the clamping pin grips the clamping face and the plane face is pulled towards the locating face of the turret and instantly locked in place. Several recesses with complementary undercuts are located on the shaft and several pins corresponding to the nest on the turret.
