The solar plant has a sunlight concentrator, a heater pipe with vapor from air or of water provided in a heat distribution medium. The heat machine either processes air steam mixture or water vapor. The circulation of the heat distribution medium can take place in an open and in a closed cycle. A piston motor, a rotary valve engine, or a turbine can be used as the heat machine. When using air as heat distribution media the heat machine and the compressor are connected by a mechanical coupling.
